The Akron SCORE Association is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to the Akron SCORE Web Site (www.akronscore.org). SCORE will not share your user information without specific permission.

Your name and address information is used only to send you mail from SCORE and to provide you with SCORE services or materials and will not be given to a third party without your consent. Your email address is used only for sending you information about SCORE and its web site.

Clients may register with SCORE using an on-line registration form. We collect contact, background, demographic, and financial information. SCORE uses data from your registration to assist in addressing your specific needs in our counseling with you.

Our site automatically captures IP addresses. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website, and to help ensure the security of your interaction with the website. Your IP address is used to help identify you.

The SCORE website at http://www.akronscore.org/ does NOT use cookies.

Under confidentiality agreements, SCORE discloses aggregated user statistics to the U.S. Small Business Administration in order to report the volume and nature of our services.
